Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Service Cancellation

Cancellation is valid only if the project has not yet started.
No cancellation request will be accepted once the assigned project has entered the execution phase, including consultation, review, analysis, drafting, editing, or any other customized service.

2. Refund Eligibility

Full refund: If service is not initiated within 48 hours of payment and no deliverables have been shared.
Partial refund: At management's discretion, based on remaining work value.
No refund: Once a document, report, or customized output has been delivered. * All approved refunds will be processed after deducting applicable GST and a nominal processing fee.

3. Request Process

To initiate a refund or cancellation, write to us at with:

Our support team will respond within 3 business days.

4. Revision Policy

Revisions will be provided as per the agreed scope of work.
Requests for additional work or changes beyond the original requirements may incur extra charges.

5. Change in Scope

Any modification to the original project requirements after work has commenced will be treated as a new request and may require additional time and charges.

6. Payment Disputes

Refund requests raised through banks, payment gateways, or card issuers without first contacting MPRW may delay the resolution process.
We encourage clients to reach out to our support team to resolve concerns promptly.

7. Processing Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be processed as per communicated business days through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

8. Policy Updates

MPRW Research Work LLP reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Updated policies will be published on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
